The Best Meal

Breakfast. Yum. Oatmeal with cinnamon and a little honey

and an apple.

You know, an apple a day keeps the doctor away!

Did you know that apples supposedly have more caffeine than a cup of coffee and are better at waking you up? I don't believe it.

Although I just ate breakfast at noon, you should never skip breakfast (I do it all the time..) ! Even if that means pushing it up as late as I did... Just don't use me as an example. Eat breakfast. In the morning.
